JB/T 5220-2014 is the English-translated version of 转速数字显示仪.
JB/T 5220-2014 is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for digital speed display instruments, the units that show rotational speed in numerical form.
It divides them into product categories and fixes their basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, as well as the provisions for marking, packaging and storage.
The instruments in its scope are those taking a frequency input. GB/T 191-2008, GB/T 13384, GB/T 18268.1, GB/T 18271.3, JB/T 6239.1 and the GB/T 17626 series on electromagnetic compatibility testing are quoted in it.
The earlier JB/T 5220-1991 is replaced. Issued on 6 May 2014, it has applied since 1 October 2014.
