Compared with GB/T 22264.5-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Changed the scope and added "This document is applicable to newly manufactured AC 690V and below, with a nominal frequency of 50Hz or Installed digital display phase meters and power factor meters for measuring various electrical parameters in power distribution systems" (see Chapter 1, 2008 Chapter 1 of the edition);

--- Deleted the definition of "phase meter" and "power factor meter" (see 3.1, 3.2 of the 2008 edition);

--- Increased the standard power value, specifying the nominal voltage, nominal current, nominal frequency and its range (see 5.1);

--- Changed the reference conditions and allowable deviations in Table 1 (see 5.2.1, Table 1 of the 2008 edition).

- Change "voltage component to be measured" to "voltage", reference value or reference range "rated voltage or any voltage within the reference range Voltage (or sometimes)" is changed to "nominal voltage or any voltage within the reference range", and the allowable deviation "±2% of rated value" is changed to is "±1.0%";

- Change "measured current component" to "current", and the reference value or reference range "40%~100% of rated current" to "40%~100% of the nominal current value or any current within the reference range", change the allowable deviation to "±1.0%";

- Change "symmetrical voltage and current" to "symmetrical voltage and balanced current";

- Deleted the special requirements for the influence quantity of "the frequency of the voltage and current components to be measured";

- Increased "nominal voltage (current) value or reference range, allowed to be proposed by the manufacturer" provisions.

--- Changed the nominal use range limits and allowable changes in Table 2 (see 5.3.1, Table 2 of the 2008 edition).

- Change "nominal use range limit" to "nominal use range limit";

- Change "distortion measured by AC" to "waveform", delete the classification of frequency sensitivity and insensitivity, and limit the nominal use range The unified regulation is: "distortion factor: 20% (except for non-RMS measuring instruments)";

- Change the "current component to be measured" to "current", and the limit value of its nominal use range to "10%~of the nominal current value 120% or reference current range lower limit -10% and upper limit 10%";

- Change "measured voltage component" to "voltage", and its nominal use range limit to "±10% of the nominal voltage value, or Reference voltage range lower limit -10% and upper limit 10%";

- Change the "frequency measured by AC" to "frequency", and the limit of its nominal use range to "±2% of the nominal frequency value, or the reference The lower limit of the frequency range -10% and the upper limit 10%", the allowable change is changed to "±(a%Ux b%Um)";

- Change "external magnetic field" to "external power frequency magnetic induction".

Introduction

Installed digital display electrical measuring instruments are installed in various distribution cabinets and distribution boxes, and are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, In fields such as energy, medical care, and transportation, the application scenarios continue to expand. GB/T 22264 series standards have been promulgated and used for more than 10 years.

And market changes, the standard can no longer adapt to the development of technology and user needs.

GB/T 22264 aims to standardize the technology of installed digital display electrical measuring instruments by combining the latest product technology and user needs at home and abroad.

Specifications and safety requirements, and put forward corresponding test methods, to provide a product specification for manufacturers and users of such electrical measuring instruments, It embodies most of the requirements of the technical specification for product ordering.

GB/T 22264 is proposed to consist of the following eight parts.

--- Part 1: Definitions and general requirements. The purpose is to establish the definitions and common enquiries.

--- Part 2: Special requirements for ammeters and voltmeters. The purpose is to develop special requirements for ammeters and voltmeters.

--- Part 3: Special requirements for power meters and reactive power meters. The purpose is to formulate special requirements for power meters and reactive power meters.

--- Part 4: Special requirements for frequency tables. The purpose is to develop special requirements for frequency tables.

--- Part 5: Special requirements for phase meters and power factor meters. The purpose is to formulate special requirements for phase meters and power factor meters.

--- Part 6: Special requirements for insulation resistance meters. The purpose is to formulate special requirements for insulation resistance meters.

--- Part 7: Special requirements for multi-function instruments. The purpose is to formulate special requirements for multi-function instruments.

--- Part 8: Test methods. The purpose is to standardize the test methods for installed digital display electrical measuring instruments.

In recent years, the international safety requirements for products have become more and more stringent. This revised standard, combined with IEC 61010-1:2010 and GB/T 17215.211-2021, revised the safety-related content, clarified the terms of use, and improved product safety performance.
