Scope
GB/T 5267.3-2008 is the English-translated version of 紧固件 热浸镀锌层.
GB/T 5267.3-2008 — This section provides M8 ~ M64 coarse thread steel fasteners, performance levels to 10.9 bolts, screws and studs, as well as performance Thermal class to 12 nuts soaked materials, processes, dimensions and certain characteristics of the zinc coating.
M8 less than the specifications and (or) less than the pitch 1.25mm threaded fastener is not recommended for hot-dip galvanized. Note.
Appendix A predetermined oversize tapped nuts M8 and M10 proof load stress and assurance, as well as M8 and M10 standard threaded screw Bolt, screw and guaranteed minimum tensile load load, compared with the value of GB/T 3098.2 and GB/T 3098.1 prescribed, were decreased.
This part is mainly used in hot-dip galvanized steel threaded fasteners, but also applicable to other steel threaded parts. Technical conditions given in this section also applies to non-threaded steel parts, such as washers.
