Foreword

This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This Standard replaces GB/ T799-1988 "Eyelet bolts". Compared with GB/T 799-1988, the major technical changes are as follows:

-- Modify the specification range (see Table 1 ~ Table 3; Table 1 of version

1988);

-- Add the type dimensions of foundation bolts (see Chapter 3);

-- Modify the length series (see Table 4; Table 1 of version 1988);

-- Add general technical requirements (GB/T 16938) (see Table 5);

-- Change the product performance grade from 3.6 to 4.6 and 5.6 (see Table 5; Table 2 of version 1988);

-- Add technical requirements for hot-dip galvanizing (GB/T 5267.3) (see Table 5).

1 Scope

This Standard specifies the type dimensions, technical conditions, reference standards and marking of foundation bolts.

This Standard applies to foundation bolts, of which is thread specification is M8 ~ M72, the performance grades are 4.6 and 5.6, and the product grade is C.
