Fasteners - Hexagon head bolts with split pin hole on head -Part 2: Reduced shank - Product grade B 1 Scope

This document specifies the types, dimensions, technical requirements, marking, labels, and designation of reduced-shank hexagon head bolts with split pin hole on head. This document applies to coarse-threaded hexagon head bolts with split pin hold on head (hereinafter referred to as bolts) of thread specifications M6~M20, performance grades 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, A2-50, and A2-70, shank diameter approximately equal to the thread pitch diameter, and product grade B. The bolts specified in this document have wire holes on head of products conforming to GB/T 5784.

6 Marking and labels 6.1 Product marking

Product marking shall comply with the following specifications: -- Steel fasteners shall conform to the specifications in GB/T 3098.1; -- Stainless steel fasteners shall conform to the specifications in GB/T 3098.6.

6.2 Packaging labels Packaging labels shall comply with the provisions of GB/T

90.2 and shall include at least the following: -- a reference to this document, i.e., GB/T 32.2; -- thread specification d and nominal length l;-- performance grade designation of steel fasteners; -- group and performance grade designation of stainless steel fasteners; -- surface treatment type; -- manufacturer and/or distributor identification marks and/or names; -- manufacturing batch number specified in GB/T 3099.4; -- number of packages.
