Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is part 4 of GB/T 3099 "Fastener Terminology". GB/T 3099 has released the following parts.

--- GB/T 3099.1 Fasteners Terminology Threaded fasteners, pins and washers;

---GB/T 3099.2 Fasteners term blind rivets;

--- GB/T 3099.3 Fasteners term surface treatment;

--- GB/T 3099.4 Fasteners term control, inspection, delivery, receipt and quality.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 1891-4:2018 "Terminology for fasteners - Part 4: Control, inspection, delivery, reception and quality". The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

--- In order to harmonize with existing standards, change the name of the standard to "Fastener Terms Control, Inspection, Delivery, Reception and Quality";

--- For the terms and definitions already in existing standards, the source is given;

---For ease of use, "Chinese synonyms" are listed first in this document;

---According to the domestic usage habits, 3.5.5 "fastener conformity certificate F2.1" is modified to "fastener conformity statement F2.1";

--- Substitute the referenced international standard documents with corresponding Chinese standards to comply with Chinese fastener standards;

---According to the requirements of GB/T 1.1, the index of Appendix A is changed to an index, and the English, French and Russian indexes are carried out according to the content of the text.

Introduction

The unified formulation of fastener terminology standards reflects professionalism, scientificity and systematicness, and is the basis for fastener standardization communication.

GB/T 3099 defines the terms and definitions of fasteners, and gives Chinese, English, French, Russian, German, Italian, Japanese and Swiss The entries and indexes of the dictionary are to be composed of 5 parts.

---GB/T 3099.1 Fasteners Terminology Threaded Fasteners, Pins and Washers (GB/T 3099.1-2008, ISO /FDIS1891:2008, IDT);

---GB/T 3099.2 Fasteners term blind rivets (GB/T 3099.2-2004, ISO 14588:2000, IDT);

---GB/T 3099.3 Fasteners term surface treatment (GB/T 3099.3-2017, ISO 1891-2:2014, MOD);

--- Fastener terms mechanical properties, physical properties, functional properties and tests (ISO 1891-3, to be developed).

At present, GB/T 3099 has adopted ISO 1891-2:2014 and ISO 1891-4:2018 in the ISO 1891 series of standards.

GB/T 3099.1-2008 is formulated with reference to ISO /FDIS1891:2008. Compared with ISO 1891, GB/T 3099 has increased GB/T 3099.2-2004, incorporates the existing fastener terms into the various parts of a standard for ease of use.

1 Scope

This document defines terms and definitions related to fastener control, inspection, delivery, acceptance and quality.

The terms defined in this document are mainly used in conjunction with GB/T 90.1, GB/T 39310 and GB/T 90.3.
