GB/T 41157.5-2022 is the part of the Chinese series on fasteners for nuclear power plants that covers acceptance inspection.

It sets the inspection procedure the purchaser follows when nothing else has been agreed, and the arbitration procedure by which a lot is accepted or rejected when purchaser and supplier have no agreement or disagree on whether the technical specification has been met: the sampling, the characteristics checked and the rules of decision.

It applies to the bolts, screws, studs and nuts delivered or to be delivered by a manufacturer for use as items important to safety in a nuclear power plant. Fastener works, purchasers and third-party inspectors use it. Issued on 9 March 2022, it has applied since 1 October 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is part 5 of GB/T 41157 "Fasteners for Nuclear Power Plants". GB/T 41157 has published the following parts.

--- Part 1: Alloy steel bolts, screws and studs;

--- Part 2: Carbon steel and alloy steel nuts;

--- Part 3: Stainless steel bolts, screws and studs;

--- Part 4: Stainless steel nuts;

--- Part 5: Acceptance inspection.

Introduction

Fasteners are widely used in nuclear power plant safety systems and equipment, and undertake functions such as pressure sealing, component connection and support and fixation.

Quantity and performance play an important role in nuclear power plant safety systems and equipment performing nuclear safety functions. However, in nuclear power plant construction and equipment manufacturing During the supervision process, it was found that there are weak links in the design, procurement, manufacture, installation and acceptance of nuclear power fasteners. GB/T 41157 "Nuclear Power Factory Fasteners" aims to standardize the technical requirements and test methods for fasteners used in nuclear power plants, and consists of the following five parts.

--- Part 1: Alloy steel bolts, screws and studs;

--- Part 2: Carbon steel and alloy steel nuts;

--- Part 3: Stainless steel bolts, screws and studs;

--- Part 4: Stainless steel nuts;

--- Part 5: Acceptance inspection.

In order to strengthen the quality management of bulk materials such as fasteners in nuclear power plants, in accordance with nuclear safety regulations and regulatory practices, the National Nuclear Safety Administration On August 17,.2016, Document No. 195 "Notice on Further Strengthening the Quality Management of Nuclear Power Plant Fasteners and Other Bulk Materials" and its annexes "Guidelines for Re-inspection of Fasteners in Nuclear Power Plants (for Trial Implementation)".

The acceptance inspection specified in this document is based on the specified sampling size of the lot with zero defects (Ac=0). In the "Nuclear Power Plant Fasteners Entry (Field) Recovery On the basis of "Guidelines for Inspection and Testing (Trial)", the acceptance inspection of main dimensional characteristics that affect the fit or function of fasteners is added. Acceptance specified in this document The inspection can gradually replace the "Guidelines for Re-inspection of Nuclear Power Plant Fasteners (Site) Re-inspection (Trial)" and become the basis for the re-inspection of NPP fasteners. Fasteners for nuclear power plants - Part 5: Acceptance inspection

1 Scope

This document specifies the inspection procedures to be used by the purchaser without prior agreement, and specifies when there is no agreement between the purchaser and the supplier When an agreement is reached or there is a dispute over the compliance with the technical specifications, the arbitration acceptance procedure for batch acceptance or rejection shall be checked.

This document applies to bolts, screws, studs and nuts that are delivered or intended to be delivered by the manufacturer and are used in nuclear power plants as items important to safety Waiting for inspection and acceptance.
