GB/T 25020.1-2025 is the English-translated version of 电气化铁路接触网支柱 第1部分:钢支柱.

GB/T 25020.1-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the steel poles that carry the contact wire along an electrified line — the lattice, tubular and H-section types and how a pole is designated, the steel and the welding, the hot dip galvanizing and its thickness, the dimensional deviations, the bending moment each pole size has to carry both across and along the track, the test method behind that figure, and the factory and type inspection. Part 1 of the series. It replaces GB/T 25020.1-2010, taking in the tubular and H-section pole parts, under the National Railway Administration. In force from 1 August 2025. Issued on 24 January 2025, it has been in force since 1 August 2025, replacing GB/T 25020.1-2010.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 25020 "Electrified Railway Contact Network Pillar". GB/T 25020 has been published in the following parts. --Part 1: Steel pillars.

This document replaces GB/T 25020.1-2010 "Electrified railway overhead contact network steel pillars Part 1: Lattice pillars", GB/T 25020.3-2016 "Electric railway overhead contact network steel pillars Part 3: Annular steel tube pillars" and GB/T 25020.4-2016 "Electric Railway Catenary Steel Pillars Part 4: H-Shaped Pillars", this document revise and consolidate GB/T 25020.1-2010, GB/T 25020.3-2016 and GB/T 25020.4-2016, compared with the above documents, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical The technical changes are as follows.

a) Added technical requirements for steel plates (see 5.2.1.2);

b) Added technical requirements for angle steel (see 5.2.1.3);

c) Added technical requirements for H-shaped steel (see 5.2.1.4);

d) The ambient temperature requirements for steel shearing and cutting have been changed (see 5.3.2.5, 5.3.1.2 of GB/T 25020.1-2010, GB/T 25020.3-2016, 5.3.2.2, GB/T 25020.4-2016, 5.3.2.3);

j) The requirements for type inspection conditions have been changed (see 7.3.1, 7.2.1 of GB/T 25020.1-2010, GB/T 25020.3-2016 GB/T 25020.4-2016, 7.2.1);

k) The model of lattice support columns has been changed (see Table A.1, 4.1 of GB/T 25020.1-2010);

l) Added the requirements for the bearing capacity test bending moment of lattice columns in the direction parallel to the line (see Table A.2);

m) The model of H-shaped support has been changed (see Table A.4, 4.1 of GB/T 25020.4-2016);

n) The tapered steel tube support type has been deleted (see Table 2 of GB/T 25020.3-2016);

o) The requirements for paint application have been deleted (see 5.4.6 of GB/T 25020.3-2016 and 5.4.2 of GB/T 25020.4-2016).

Introduction

Electrified railway contact network pillars are divided into steel pillars and concrete pillars according to their materials. In order to unify technical requirements and enhance versatility, GB/T 25020 "Electrified Railway Contact Network Pillars" provides requirements and guidelines for contact network pillars and is intended to consist of two parts.

-- Part 1: Steel pillars. The purpose is to specify the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection and Rules, etc.

-- Part 2: Concrete pillars. The purpose is to specify the classification, technical requirements, test methods and other requirements of concrete pillars for electrified railway overhead contact lines. Laws, inspection rules, etc.

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and representation methods, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and markings of steel pillars for electrified railway contact networks.

And product certification, storage and transportation.

This document is applicable to steel pillars of electrified railway contact networks, and shall be used as a reference for similar pillars used in urban rail transit.
