GB/T 37260.1-2018 is the English-translated version of 箱型轻钢结构房屋第1部分：可拆装式.

GB/T 37260.1-2018 is the first part of the Chinese national standard on box-type light steel structure houses, and deals with the detachable, assembled kind. These are building modules with a light steel frame that can be used on their own or combined into a larger building.

The part sets out terms and definitions, specifications and markings, general requirements, materials and components, process and performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transport and storage.

Its annexes give three tests on a single unit under specified loads: the deflection of a bending member, the sideways displacement and the vertical bearing capacity.

Its references cover structural and coated steels, container corner fittings, fasteners, wood-based boards, doors and windows, and insulation products. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 November 2019.

This part is the first part of GB/T 37260.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 37260 specifies the terms and definitions, specifications and markings, general requirements, and requirements for removable box-type light steel structures.

Materials and components, processes and properties, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This section applies to removable box type light steel with building function, can be used independently or as a building combination module. Structural house.
