1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, design requirements, construction and engineering quality acceptance requirements for the construction of rural centralized sewer collection household toilets.

This standard applies to the construction of rural household toilets in rural areas where sewage collection pipes and centralized treatment facilities have been built and are planned to be built.

This standard does not apply to village-run enterprises, processing of agricultural and sideline products, and construction of rural household toilets with relocation plans within three years.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Toilet sewage blackwater

A mixture of feces and urine produced by flushing and flushing water.

Note. Also known as black water or toilet waste.
