GB/T 41990-2022 is the English-translated version of 公共安全虹膜识别应用采集设备.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for acquisition equipment in public safety iris recognition applications, describes the test methods, and establishes inspection rules.

This document is applicable to the design, production and inspection of collection equipment (hereinafter referred to as "product") in public safety iris recognition applications.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 41786-2022 apply to this document.

3.1 Device resolution

The ability of a device to resolve logarithms of equally spaced black and white lines within a unit distance.

Note: The unit of equipment resolution is lp/mm.

3.2 Capture distance

The distance from the subject's eyes to the product's iris camera.
