GB/T 41989-2022 is the English-translated version of 公共安全 虹膜识别应用 算法评测方法.
GB/T 41989-2022 is the Chinese national method for evaluating the algorithms used in public security iris recognition. Clause 1 says it specifies the rules for building the test library, the test environment and the test process, and describes the test method, and that it is intended for the evaluation of such algorithms.
The first library rule visible here requires iris acquisition equipment from not fewer than two manufacturers, meeting the technical requirements of chapter 5 of GB/T 41990-2022, and clause 4 defines the abbreviations dl, the dynamic link library under Windows, and FRR, the false rejection rate.
