1 Scope

This document specifies the principles, classification, service requirements, and operation management requirements of public facilities in shopping malls.

This document is applicable to the setting, service and operation management of public facilities in shopping malls.

Note: The public facilities of shopping malls are usually set up in department stores, specialty stores, specialty stores and shopping centers located in a building or area.
