Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure, site selection and layout of manure disposal sites, collection, storage and transportation of manure, and manure. It will be processed and used after the treatment of feces.

This standard applies to the harmless treatment of manure in livestock and poultry breeding places.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this text.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 New, expanded and rebuilt livestock and poultry farms and breeding communities shall be provided with manure treatment areas to construct livestock and poultry manure treatment facilities; The facilities should be rebuilt.

4.2 The layout of the manure treatment area of livestock and poultry farms and breeding communities shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of NY/T 682.

4.3 The treatment of livestock and poultry manure should adhere to the principles of reduction, resource and harmlessness.

4.4 Livestock and poultry manure treatment should meet safety and health requirements to avoid secondary pollution.

4.5 When a major epidemic occurs, it should be disposed of in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national veterinary epidemic prevention.
