GB/T 41249-2021 is the English-translated version of 产业帮扶 “猪-沼-果（粮、菜）” 循环农业项目运营管理指南.

GB/T 41249-2021 is a guide to running and managing industrial assistance projects based on the pig-biogas-fruit (grain and vegetable) circular agriculture model, in which pig farming is linked to fruit, grain and vegetable growing through the use of biogas, biogas residue and biogas slurry.

It gives the general principles, the conditions for the subjects and for implementing a project, and the responsibilities of the assisted people or families, of the enterprises or cooperatives carrying out the assistance and of the supporting local authorities.

It then covers the project operation mode, early, mid-term and post management, the agreement, risk management, and project evaluation and supervision. Informative annexes give example employment assistance and land dividend agreements. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 "pig-biogas-fruit (grain and vegetable)" circular agriculture

Based on pig breeding, with the comprehensive utilization of "three biogas" (biogas residue, biogas slurry, and biogas) as a link, the planting of fruits, grains and vegetables is linked with the cultivation of fruits, grains and vegetables. A sustainable development model of standardized and organized operation.

3.2 Assistance recipient

People or families in need of assistance.

3.3 Assistance implementing subject

Business entities or individuals implementing industrial assistance projects.

Note: The main body of assistance generally includes leading enterprises, cooperatives, industry organizations (associations), and family farms.

3.4 Assistance authority

Assist the local government of the implementation entity.
