Scope
GB/T 23615.2-2017 is the English-translated version of 铝合金建筑型材用隔热材料 第2部分:聚氨酯隔热胶.
GB/T 23615.2-2017 is the second part of the Chinese national standard for thermal barrier materials of architectural aluminium alloy profiles, and it covers thermal barrier polyurethane.
It applies to the material formed by cross-linking an isocyanate compound with a polyol blend, and it sets the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, packaging, transport, storage, quality certificate and order content.
The requirements cover the types, codes, components and insulation grades of the raw compound, its limits on harmful substances, moisture, viscosity, density, hydroxyl value and purity, and the properties of the cured material: load deflection temperature, notched Izod impact strength at room and low temperature, Shore hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, thermal conductivity and UV ageing.
It replaces GB/T 23615.2-2012, was issued on 14 October 2017 and has applied since 1 May 2018.
