1 Scope

3.1 Longitudinal shear test

3.1.1 Test Equipment
3.1.1.1 Tester

3.1.1.1.1 testing machine shall comply with GB/T 16825.1-2008 the accuracy of Class 1 or better level.

3.1.1.1.2 tester maximum load of not less than 20kN.

3.1.1.1.3 be equipped with high and low temperature environmental chambers, testing machine space is not less than 500mm x 1200mm appropriate.

NOTE. Test elastic coefficient (C1), the tester should be used in line with GB/T 16491 requirements.

3.1.1.2 High and low temperature environmental chambers basic requirements refer to the provisions of Appendix A.

3.1.2 Sample

3.1.2.1 specimens shall conform cut the profile corresponding product standards should retain their original surface and remove the burr on the sample after processing.

3.1.2.2 cut the sample should be the prevention of thermal processing and affect performance test results of the sample.

3.1.2.3 sample form and position tolerances shall comply with the requirements of Figure 1.

3.1.2.4 Sample size is 100mm +/- 2mm, with a resolution no greater than 0.02mm vernier caliper, in insulation materials and aluminum complex

Closing parts of the measurement, each sample measurements two positions, calculate the average.

3.1.2.5 sample according to the corresponding provisions in product standards group and number.
3.1.3 Sample conditioning
3.1.3.1 before performance test, the samples shall state regulation.

3.1.3.2 insulated aluminum profiles specimens shall be at a temperature of 23 degrees C +/- 2 degrees C, relative humidity of 50% +/- 10% of the environmental conditions placed 48h.
