Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JG/T 115-1999 "Color coated steel door and window profiles", JG/T 73-1999 "stainless steel building profiles". This standard Compared with JG/T 115-1999 and JG/T 73-1999, the main technical changes except editorial changes are as follows.

--- Revised the scope of application of the standard, covering a variety of steel material door and window profiles;

--- Increased the definition of the bending resistance of the main profile, supporting profiles and profiles, and added the profile construction diagram in the appendix;

--- Revised the classification method of steel door and window profiles for construction;

--- Added the general requirements of Chapter 5, respectively proposed for metal materials, non-metallic auxiliary materials for thermal insulation, profile cross-section design Claim;

--- Modified some processing accuracy indicators;

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking of general steel door and window profiles for construction, general requirements,, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, Transportation and storage.

This standard applies to industrial and civil construction steel doors, steel window profiles.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 5823 apply to this document.

Steel door and window profiles for construction steeldoorandwindowprofilesforarchitecture it adopts standardized and large-scale production methods and is made of materials such as hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel, color-coated steel and stainless steel.

A geometrical section dedicated to the construction of steel components for building doors and windows.

Main profile mainprofiles it is used for the profiles of the main force-receiving members of doors and windows such as frames, rafts and smashing materials.

Matching profiles (auxiliary profiles) accessorialprofiles it is installed on the main profile and is used for profiles of non-mainly stressed components such as glass beading and water lining.
