Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 26540-2011 "Molded Polystyrene Panels with Wire Mesh Frames for External Wall Insulation Systems", and GB/T 26540- Compared with.2011, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2011 edition);

b) Added the terms and definitions of steel wire mesh composite insulation board, steel mesh frame, steel mesh sheet, insulation core material, and interface treatment agent (see 3.1~3.3, 3.8~3.9);

c) Changed product classification and product marking (see Chapter 4, 4.2 of the 2011 edition);

d) Changed the performance requirements of EPS boards (see 5.3, 5.2 of the 2011 edition);

e) Added the performance index requirements for XPS board, GEPS board and RW board (see 5.3, 6.5);

f) Changed the specifications and allowable deviations (see 6.2, 6.2 of the 2011 edition);

g) Changed the thermal resistance requirements of steel wire mesh composite insulation board (see 6.4, 6.4.1 of the 2011 edition);

h) The thickness of the non-penetrating single-sided steel mesh frame composite thermal insulation board (FCT) and the penetrating double-sided steel wire mesh composite thermal insulation board (Z) has been increased Measurement diagram (see 7.2.4);

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and marking, raw materials, requirements and test methods of steel wire mesh composite insulation panels (WGJ) for wall insulation systems. laws, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document is applicable to double-sided or single-sided steel mesh frame as skeleton, EPS board, XPS board, GEPS board, RW board as thermal insulation material, used for Steel wire mesh composite insulation board for wall insulation system of new construction, reconstruction and expansion and existing buildings. Other types of thermal insulation material steel wire mesh panels are available Refer to the implementation.
