Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 20473-2006 "Building Insulation Mortar". Compared with GB/T 20473-2006, except for structural adjustment and editing In addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2006 edition);

---Modified the technical requirements for bulk density (see 5.2, 5.2 of the 2006 edition);

---Cancel the stratification degree and increase the technical requirements for the 2h consistency loss rate (see 5.5, 5.5 in the 2006 edition);

---Modified the technical requirements for dry density and compressive strength (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2006 edition);

---Increase the technical requirements for tensile bond strength, volumetric water absorption, and heat storage coefficient (see Table 1);

---Modified the technical requirements of softening coefficient (see 5.7.2, 5.8 in 2006 edition);

---Increase maintenance conditions and test environment (see 6.1);

---Increase numerical rounding (see 6.2);

---Modified the test method of asbestos content (see 6.5, 6.3 of the 2006 edition);

---Increase the test method of 2h consistency loss rate (see 6.7);

---The test method to increase the volumetric water absorption (see 6.10);

--- Increase the tensile bond strength test method (see Appendix D);

---Modified the compression-shear bond strength test method (see Appendix E, 2006 edition of 6.6.5);

---Modified the frost resistance test method (see Appendix F, 2006 edition of 6.7);

--- Increase the heat storage coefficient test method (see Appendix G).

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and storage of building insulation mortar.

This document applies to dry-mixed mortar for building thermal insulation.
