Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 21407-2008 "doubly-fed VSCF wind turbine." This standard compared with GB/T 21407-2008, in addition to editorial changes, the major technical changes are as follows.
--- Expand the scope of the standard rotor swept area greater than 200m2 units;
--- Terms and definitions in the "doubly-fed wound rotor induction generator," "motor side converter" "network-side converter" and "design speed" Etc. delete the definition in the text are not mentioned;
--- Added "VSCF means" "Standard Unit" "Taiwan-bit test" and "drag test" four terms;
--- Delete the original standard Chapter 4, "Abbreviations";
--- Increase the Chapter 4, "Unit Structure";
--- Increased Chapter 5, "the unit level with the name";
--- Increased Chapter 10, "the unit operation and maintenance requirements";
--- Increased Chapter 11, "other";
--- The technical requirements of the "general requirements" to "basic requirements", adding. "Base Unit design requirements" "Aircraft Design Requirements" "Crew qualified certification requirements" and other provisions;
--- The "normal environmental conditions" to "environmental conditions", and points out the environmental conditions and grid conditions in two parts.
--- The "performance requirements" to "plant performance and technical requirements", and performance indicators made a partial revision;
--- Added "functional requirements", "electrical performance requirements" and "anti-corrosion requirements" provisions;
--- The "general assembly requirements" to "unit and its major components (systems) assembly and installation," adds "general requirements" in the article "Unit Manufacturing processes, "" blade manufacturing process requirements, "" mechanical assembly requirements "" Requirements foundation construction crew "" crew to the whole assembly Seeking "" unit commissioning requirements "and" unit commissioning requirements ";
--- The "simulation test bench 5.6 Requirements" and "5.7 Unit field testing requirements" after editorial changes "test" into Chapter;
--- In the "test" provisions added "test requirements", the "bench test" to "test factory", the "field test unit" To "test wind farm" provisions and made editorial changes. Added "mechanical connection performance test" "level in the test method Gas performance test "," test drive train station position "" the hub assembly station test position "" power performance test "" Grid suitability test "" ENERGY Quality Testing "and" mechanical load test ";
--- In the "test category" added "acceptance test";
--- Test items are given by way of listing;
--- The standard reference sample "GB/T 5080.7" to "GB/T 19960.1-2005";
