Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 19069-2003 "wind turbine controller technical conditions." This standard compared with GB/T 19069-2003, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Added "controller" terms and definitions (see 3.18);

--- Modify the "environmental conditions" (see 4.2,.2003 version 4.2);

--- Modify the "grid conditions" (see 4.3,.2003 version 4.2);

--- Modify the "monitoring function" (see 5.2,.2003 version 5.2.2);

--- Modify the "control function" (see 5.3,.2003 version 5.2.1);

--- Removed "large and small generator switch control" (see.2003 version 5.5);

--- Added "communication requirements" (see 5.5);

--- Added "electromagnetic compatibility requirements" (see 5.6);

--- Added "low temperature performance requirements" (see 5.7);

--- Added "high temperature performance requirements" (see 5.8);

--- Added "hot and humid performance requirements" (see 5.9);

--- Added "mechanical performance requirements" (see 5.10);

--- Added "test method" (see Chapter 6);
