Scope
GB/T 19068.2-2017 is the English-translated version of 小型风力发电机组 第2部分:试验方法.
GB/T 19068.2-2017 sets out the test conditions and test methods for small horizontal-axis wind turbines, grid-connected or off-grid, with a rotor swept area below 200 m² and a generated voltage below AC 1000 V or DC 1500 V. The test conditions cover the test site and its possible airflow distortion, the position of the wind measurement tower, site calibration and the measurement sector, and how the prototype is checked, connected and instrumented.
The methods include static balance of the blades and axial runout of the blade tips, power performance, noise to GB/T 22516, durability, vibration, and tests of the electrical subsystem and the coating.
Annexes deal with rotor inertia, test equipment and accuracy, and the format and content of the test report. It replaces GB/T 19068.2-2003, was issued on 1 November 2017 and has applied since 1 May 2018.

Foreword
GB/T 19068 "small wind turbine" is divided into the following three sections.
--- Part 1. Technical conditions;
--- Part 2. Test methods;
--- Part 3. Wind tunnel test methods.
This section GB/T 19068 Part 2.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB/T 19068.2-2003 "off-grid wind turbine generator Part 2 Test Methods."
This section compared with GB/T 19068.2-2003, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Expand the scope of this section (see Chapter 1, 2003 edition Chapter 1);
--- Increasing the requirements of the position of the wind tower inside the test site (see 5.1.3);
--- Increased site calibration and measurement sector requirements (see 5.1.6);
--- Increased the confirmation of the prototype test, inspection and commissioning, test prototype electrical connection and prototype testing equipment installation and layout Content (see 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5);
--- Increasing the static balance of blades and the tip of the axial runout test content (see 6.1);
--- Modify the unit power characteristics of the test (see 6.3, 2003 version 4.2 and 4.3);
--- Increasing the unit noise level in accordance with GB/T 22516 Determination of the choice (see 6.5.2);
--- Increased durability test content (see 6.6);
--- Increased vibration test and evaluation of the unit (see 6.7);
--- Increasing the electrical subsystem test and coating test content (see 6.8 and 6.9);
--- Deleted electromagnetic interference determination (see 2003 version 4.5.2);
--- Deleted all the provisions of the test on vertical axis wind turbine (see Chapter 1 of the 2003 edition, 3.3.2, Table 1 and A.2);
--- Increased test report on the power characteristics of the test and durability test (see Chapter 7);
--- Modify the appendix of the format and content of the test report to the normative appendix (see Appendix C, Appendix B of 2003).
1 Scope
GB/T 19068 provisions of this part of a small wind turbine (hereinafter referred to as "unit") test conditions and test methods.
This section applies to the wind wheel sweep area of less than 200m², the resulting voltage is lower than the AC 1000V or DC 1500V grid or Test of off-grid small horizontal axis wind turbine.

5 Test conditions
5.1 Test site
5.1.1 Overview
The test site may have a significant impact on the measured power characteristics of the unit under test, in particular, airflow distortions may cause wind speed on the tower Different from the wind speed of the unit, although they are related to each other.
Before the test, it is necessary to evaluate the factors that may cause airflow distortion at the test site so that
- Select the wind tower installation location;
- determine the appropriate measurement sector;
- assess the appropriate airflow distortion correction factor; […]
