1 Scope

This document defines the terminology for fireworks and firecrackers, provides a classification system, and specifies grading, safety and quality requirements, shelf life, and descriptions.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Fireworks

Made primarily from pyrotechnic powder and other materials, it produces visual and auditory effects such as light, sound, color, shape, and smoke through combustion or explosion after ignition.

For ornamental purposes only; dangerous items that are flammable and explosive.

It is mainly composed of oxidizing and reducing agents, and has combustion or explosive properties, producing effects such as light, sound, color, gas, and smoke.
