1 Scope

GB/T 47169-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the fountain - a static device that throws a jet of sparks upward for a period. It is the commonest consumer firework and the one most often used indoors or too close to people. The standard fixes the classification, the construction and the pyrotechnic composition limits, the performance and the safety requirements including the effect distances, and the marking and instructions. 3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB 10631 apply to this document.

4 Design

4.1 A design should be conducted before product manufacturing. The design should include the product level, category, structure, materials, safety requirements, combustion effects, and drug formulation. Formulas, filling quantities, etc., not limited to packaging, printing, and labeling.

4.2 The product design should include production processes, effect descriptions, dosage tables, structural diagrams, components, etc., and a product design document (including design specifications) should be prepared. (Map).

4.3 Product design shall comply with the requirements of GB 10631.

4.4 The product design should primarily focus on combustion effects and should not use explosives or explosive-effect components (single explosive charge < 0.13g). except).

4.5 The raw materials involved in the product design shall be specified to conform to the relevant national and industry standards or quality grades.

4.6 If necessary, product design should take into account the venues, buildings, and auxiliary facilities involved in setting off fireworks.

5 Grading and Classification

5.1 The grading and classification of spray paint products shall be carried out in accordance with GB 10631.

5.2 Based on different structural compositions, firing methods, or firing effects, spraying flowers are further subdivided into several subcategories. The descriptions and levels of the subcategories are shown in Table 1.
