Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 20212-2006 "Firecrackers with Solid Atomizers". Compared with GB/T 20212-2006, the only changes are structural adjustments and editing. Aside from the sexual alterations, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The scope has been changed, replacing "firecrackers" with "fireworks and firecrackers" (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2006 edition);

b) The definitions of "solidifying agent" and "coagulation" have been changed (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.1,

3.2 in the.2006 edition);

c) The particle size technical requirements and testing methods have been revised (see 5.1, 6.1, and

5.1 in the.2006 edition);

d) The name, environmental conditions, and test methods for "fixation effect" have been changed (see 5.2, 6.2, and

5.2 in the.2006 edition);

e) The method for testing moisture absorption has been changed (see 6.4,

5.3 in the.2006 edition). The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Coagulant It is a powdery mixture used to fix the fuse or seal the cylinder of fireworks and firecrackers, and has the properties of moisture absorption, solidification, and natural drying.

3.2 solidification The process by which the solidifying agent undergoes a coagulation and solidification reaction.

4.Classification According to their uses, igniters are divided into igniters for firecrackers and igniters for fireworks.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 Particle size For solid igniters used in firecrackers, the mass fraction of the residue remaining on the sieve after sieving through a 1.40mm sieve should be less than or equal to 10.0%; for solid igniters used in fireworks... The initiator is sieved through a test sieve with a pore size of

1.18 mm, and the mass fraction of the residue on the sieve should be less than or equal to 10.0%.
