NB/T 11444-2023 is the English-translated version of 全液压车载钻机.

NB/T 11444-2023 covers fully hydraulic drilling rigs whose main working mechanisms are mounted on a vehicle chassis, as used in mine drilling work. It sets out rig types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transport and storage.

Because the rig is a road vehicle as well as a drilling machine, the requirements draw on hydraulic system and guarding standards alongside a long list of vehicle rules: exterior noise, dimensions and axle loads, lighting and signalling, braking with anti-lock systems, climbing, turning and top speed tests, roll stability, VIN and product labelling.

It applies to design, manufacture and quality inspection. Issued on 28 December 2023, it has applied since 28 June 2024.
