Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 30216-2013 "Vehicle-Mounted Drilling Rigs". Compared with GB/T 30216-2013, the main differences are structural adjustments and editorial changes. Aside from the changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Technical descriptions for the four drive types have been removed (see section

4.1 of the.2013 edition);

---Two drive types have been removed, and a second feature for model designation has been added (see 4.2,.2013 version 4.2);

---The ZJ50/3150 truck-mounted drilling rig class has been added, and some parameters and footnotes have been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 in the.2013 version);

---The general requirements for steel welded parts, cast iron parts, carbon steel and low alloy steel castings, forgings, and machined parts have been changed, and the overall requirements have been modified. General requirements for assembly, painting, and packaging (see 6.1.3~6.1.9, 9.2.1, 5.1.3~5.1.7, 5.2.29,

5.2.30 of the.2013 edition). 8.2.1);

---Increased requirements for overall vehicle dimensions and weight; modified overall vehicle and major assemblies, safety devices, components and systems, environmental protection, etc. The requirements have been revised, changing the basic vehicle requirements (see 6.2,

5.2 in the.2013 version);

---The scope of the main lifting equipment in the mobile system has been changed (see 6.3.1.1,

5.3.1 in the.2013 version);

---Added technical requirements for the top drive unit (see 6.3.1.2);

---The position requirements for the derrick telescopic cylinder centralizer have been changed, the coaxiality error of the telescopic cylinder piston rod center has been removed, and a telescopic type has been added. Requirements for anti-slip device configuration of derricks (see 6.3.2,
