Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 4657-2009 "Code of Central Party and Government Organs, People's Organizations and Other Institutions", and GB/T 4657-2009 In contrast, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the compilation principles (see 4.1, 4.5, 2.1, 2.5, 2.6 of the 2009 edition);

b) Changed the coding method (see 5.3, 3.3 of the 2009 edition);

c) Changed the code table (see Table 1 to Table 5, Table 1 to Table 6 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This document stipulates that the party and government organs at the central level, the national people's organizations, the organs of various democratic parties and other institutions at the central level shall code.

4 Compilation principles

4.1 According to the relevant documents of the state on institutional reform, establishment, etc., and the code of GB/T 4657-2009, newly established institutions are given a new code.

4.2 When several institutions are merged into a new institution, on the premise of not destroying the classification structure, the new institution may use the one before the merger. The original code of the institution. When an organization has been divided and is now merged, the code before the division is used.

4.3 For the case of multiple brands of an institution, the code is only assigned according to the sequence to which the institution belongs, and the parallel names are enclosed in brackets and arranged at the back.

4.4 If the original canceled institution resumes external listing, the original code shall be used.

4.5 In this document, the National People's Congress is referred to as "National People's Congress", and the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress is referred to as "National People's Congress Standing Committee", the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference referred to as "National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference", the Supreme People's Procuratorate referred to as "Supreme Procuratorate", the Supreme People's Law The Court is referred to as the "Supreme Law", the State Supervision Commission is referred to as the "State Supervision Commission", and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is referred to as the "Central Committee of the Communist Party of China".

4.6 The sequence of institution codes in this document does not serve as the basis for the arrangement of institutions in other fields and occasions.

5 Coding methods

5.1 This document adopts the sequential order coding method.

5.2 The code is represented by 3 digits, the 1st digit represents the category, and the 2nd and 3rd digits represent the institution in each category.

5.3 The code structure is shown in Figure 1.
