In order to apply the needs of information processing and exchange in the food industry, promote the standardized management of food information and the construction of information systems.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the information classification and code of national grain enterprises.

This standard applies to information processing and information exchange in the food industry.

2 Normative references

3 Classification principles and methods

3.1 The classification of this standard is for all types of grain enterprises. The company name uses the face classification method. Managed branch (eg China Reserve Grain Management) the head office, etc.) can be further refined step by layer according to the company and branch companies.

3.2 The enterprise name refers to the name of the non-managed enterprise, and the name category should be refined to the specific enterprise name.

4 Coding method and code structure

4.1 Managed company code

4.1.1 The management company code adopts a composite code structure, and the overall design adopts seven equal-length Arabic numerals, and the classification ends in the middle.

The code of the category name of a level, the information processing time is "0" to the total code length of the design, and the standard text does not make up "0".

4.1.2 The coding rules for the name of the managed branch company refined by the managed company category are as follows.

The former one is the management company name code. The fourth to seventh places (four places) are the lines of the branches of each branch given by GB/T 2260.

The top four (regional, city) of the administrative division code.

4.1.3 The code structure is as follows.

4.2 Company Name Code

4.2.1 This standard adopts a composite code structure. The overall design adopts 11-digit equal-length Arabic numerals, and the classification ends at a certain level in the middle.

The code of the category name, the information processing time is "0" to the total code length of the design, and the standard text does not make "0".
