Scope

GB/T 37006-2018 is the English-translated version of 数字化电能表检验装置.

GB/T 37006-2018 specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for fixed equipment used to test digital input electricity meters. It covers newly manufactured equipment and does not apply to portable units.

Requirements include standard voltage, current and frequency values, mechanical design, climatic conditions and surface temperature limits, power supply and insulation, electromagnetic compatibility and communication, including protocol consistency, frame dispersion and optical power.

Accuracy is handled through test reference conditions, basic error, measurement repeatability and influence quantities, and further clauses cover the source, monitoring instruments, working standards, standard chronograph, error calculation system, network switch, sampled value messages, stability, type and acceptance tests, and marking, packaging and storage. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspections of fixed digital electric energy meter inspection devices (hereinafter referred to as "inspection devices").

This standard applies to newly manufactured digital energy meter testing devices.

This standard does not apply to portable digital energy meter testing devices.
