What this standard covers
This standard specifies the metering performance requirements, general technical requirements, test conditions, test items, test methods and test results of the intelligent energy meter inspection device. This standard applies to the smart meter test device (hereinafter referred to as the device) for the first time and subsequent verification. Other AC meter test device can be implemented with reference to this standard.
