Scope
GB/T 36568-2018 is the English-translated version of 光伏方阵检修规程.
GB/T 36568-2018 sets out the maintenance procedures for photovoltaic module arrays. It lays down the principles, content, testing and acceptance of overhauls of the equipment in a PV array: modules, brackets, tracking systems, combiner boxes, DC cables, DC power distribution cabinets and lightning protection devices.
After the basic requirements it lists the overhaul items and their intervals, then the tests to perform, and it gives informative models of a maintenance record and a maintenance report.
It distinguishes scheduled maintenance, planned from the statistical rules of equipment wear and ageing, from corrective maintenance carried out after a failure.
It relies on the national rules for PV power station design, construction and safety, combiner boxes, tracking systems and lightning protection, and on insulation resistance and grounding measurement guidelines. It was issued on 17 September 2018 and has applied since 1 April 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles, contents, testing and acceptance of photovoltaic array repair.
This standard applies to components, brackets, tracking systems, combiner boxes, DC cables, DC power distribution cabinets, lightning protection devices, etc. in photovoltaic arrays. Overhaul.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Scheduled maintenance
