DL/T 475-2017 is the English-translated version of 接地装置特性参数测量导则.

DL/T 475-2017 — This standard specifies the general principles, contents, methods, criteria and cycles of grounding device characteristic parameters and soil resistivity testing.

This standard is applicable to the handover acceptance of power plants, substations, converter stations and DC grounding poles, booster stations for wind power generation systems, and grounding devices such as wind turbines, photovoltaic power plants, energy storage power stations, electrified railway traction stations, and transmission line towers.

Tests, condition assessments and preventive (routine) tests of grounded equipment have been carried out, and grounding device tests related to lightning protection.
