Scope

GB/T 36567-2018 is the English-translated version of 光伏组件检修规程.

GB/T 36567-2018 sets out how photovoltaic modules are maintained in service. It covers the principles, content, methods and tests of module overhaul, starting from the basic requirements and moving through the maintenance items, methods and cycles, the replacement, repair and recycling of modules, and the tests to be carried out on them.

Its definitions distinguish scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance after a failure and condition-based maintenance, and describe defects such as hot spots and micro-cracks in the cells.

Annexes give model maintenance and test records and a method for repairing potential-induced degradation (PID). It applies to the maintenance of crystalline silicon and amorphous thin-film modules in photovoltaic power generation systems. It was issued on 17 September 2018 and has applied since 1 April 2019.

According to the statistical rules of equipment wear and aging, plan maintenance of maintenance intervals, maintenance items, spare parts and materials required, etc. the way.

3.2 Corrective maintenance

Unplanned maintenance methods for inspection, isolation, and repair of equipment in the event of failure or other failure.

3.3 Condition-based maintenance

The status of the equipment is evaluated based on the equipment status information provided by the condition monitoring and diagnostic technology, and the pre-aware maintenance method before the failure occurs.

3.4 Module hot spot

Some of the cells in the PV module are partially shadowed due to their own reasons or blocked by other objects around them, and some of the blocked cells are produced. The phenomenon of overheating.

3.5 Module hidden crack

When the battery sheet is subjected to large mechanical force or thermal stress, an invisible crack that is invisible to the naked eye is generated in the battery unit.
