Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 35694-2017 "Safety Regulations for Photovoltaic Power Stations". Compared with GB/T 35694-2017, the main differences are in the structural adjustments. Aside from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
---The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2017 edition);
---Terminology and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2017 edition);
---Added cybersecurity requirements for photovoltaic power plants (see 4.1, 4.4, 5.1.5, 6.6.5);
---Safety technical requirements for photovoltaic power station equipment and facilities have been added, including photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic brackets, combiner boxes, inverters, cables, Monitoring systems, fire protection systems, security facilities and other equipment and facilities (see Chapter 5);
---Added safety technical requirements for building-attached photovoltaic power stations (see 5.1.7, 5.8.2);
---Added technical requirements for the safe grid-connected operation of photovoltaic power plants (see 5.5.2, 6.1.3);
---Added safety technical requirements for the operation of surface and offshore photovoltaic power stations (see 6.1.8, 6.3.3, 6.3.4, 6.7.3, 7.1.8, 7.1.9).
