Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 34413-2017 "Standards for Payment of Basic Endowment Insurance Benefits for Employees", which is consistent with GB/T 34413-2017 In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed "Benefit Approval" (see Chapter 4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6 of the.2017 edition);

b) Changed "treatment suspension, renewal and reissuance", subdivided into "treatment suspension" and "treatment renewal and reissuance" (see 5.3, 5.4,.2017 edition of 5.3);

c) Added "authentication method" (see 6.2);

d) Changed the "Qualification Certification of Retirees Living Locally" and "Qualification Certification of Retirees Living in Different Places", merged into Qualification certification of the recipients" (see 6.4, 6.3 and 6.4 of the.2017 edition);

e) Deleted "Linkage Authentication" (see 6.8 of the.2017 edition);

f) Deleted "Information Management" (see Chapter 7 of the.2017 edition).

1 Scope

This document stipulates the payment of basic pension insurance benefits for employees, the payment of benefits, the payment of benefits, qualification certification, file management, service supervision, Evaluation and improvement requirements.

This document is applicable to the payment services for employees' basic endowment insurance benefits provided by social insurance agencies (hereinafter referred to as "social security agencies").

Institutions and organizations entrusted by social security institutions that provide payment services for employees' basic endowment insurance benefits can be used for reference.

Note: The payment of basic endowment insurance benefits for employees includes the payment of basic endowment insurance benefits for enterprise employees and the basic endowment insurance benefits for employees of government agencies and institutions pay.

3 Terms and Definitions

Terms and definitions defined in GB/T 27768, GB/T 31596.1 and GB/T 31596.2 apply to this document.

4 Treatment approval

The basic endowment insurance benefits of employees shall be approved in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 37772.1-2019.
