Scope

GB/T 37772.1-2019 is the English-translated version of 养老保险待遇审核服务规范第1部分:企业职工基本养老保险.

GB/T 37772.1-2019 stipulates the requirements for the basic pension insurance treatment review service for enterprise employees, covering the approval of treatment and the handling time limits, inquiry services, file management, disputes and their handling, and the supervision, evaluation and improvement of the service.

Clause 1 states that this part applies to social insurance service agencies at all levels that provide the basic pension insurance treatment review service for enterprise employees, and lists no exclusions.

The foreword explains that GB/T 37772 is divided into three parts, the first for the basic pension insurance of enterprise employees, the second for the basic pension insurance of urban and rural residents and the third for the basic pension insurance of staff in government institutions, and that this document is the first part.

Clause 4, treatment approval, is the core of the text and works through the approval of the basic pension, of funeral grants and pensions, of the one-time payment of the amount stored in a personal account and of the sickness allowance, and then through changes in pension benefits.

Clauses 5 to 9 cover the service process and the processing time limit, the inquiry service, file management, disputes and their handling, and the supervision, evaluation and improvement of the service.

Five informative appendices supply the forms, from the retirement application form and the retirement treatment approval table for an insured person to the application form for the funeral subsidy and pension on death, the death treatment approval form, and the approval form for the one-time payment of the personal account balance when the pension insurance relationship is terminated.

Clause 3 takes its terms from GB/T 27768-2011, GB/T 31596.1-2015 and GB/T 31596.2-2015 and repeats some of them for ease of use, among them social insurance, the social insurance agency and the social insurance service; clause 2 also cites GB/T 31599-2015, GB/T 32621-2016 and GB/T 34414-2017.

GB/T 37772 "Regulations for the Examination of Pension Insurance Treatment Services" is divided into three parts.

--- Part 1. Basic pension insurance for enterprise employees;

--- Part 3. Basic pension insurance for staff in government institutions.

This part is the first part of GB/T 37772.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 37772 stipulates the requirements for the basic pension insurance treatment review service for enterprise employees, including the approval of treatment and handling time limits, inquiry services, file management, disputes and handling, service supervision, evaluation and improvement.

This part is applicable to the social insurance service agencies at all levels to provide basic pension insurance treatment review services for enterprise employees.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 27768-2011, GB/T 31596.1-2015, GB/T 31596.2-2015 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document. For ease of use, the following lists are repeated GB/T 27768-2011, GB/T 31596.1-2015, GB/T 31596.2-2015 Some terms and definitions.

3.1 Social insurance

Through the form of national legislation, funds are raised through multiple channels, and the insured person is provided with the law according to law in the case of old age, disease, work injury, unemployment, and childbirth. Quality protection, so that it enjoys a social security system for basic living security.

3.2 Social insurance agency

Established by the social insurance administrative department, undertaking basic endowment insurance, basic medical insurance, work injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, etc. An organization that manages, manages, and social services. [GB/T 31596.1-2015, definition 8.1]

3.3 Social insurance service

The social insurance agency provides the insurance registration, rights record, premium collection, treatment payment, relationship transfer, and file provided by the client. Case use, consulting services and other activities.
