1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic structure, configuration and timing of the intelligent substation time synchronization system (hereinafter referred to as "time synchronization system").

Step system and equipment functions, operation, performance, testing, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements.

This standard applies to 110kV (66kV) and above the voltage level of intelligent substation, other substations can refer to the implementation.
