GB/T 30331-2021Indicator system of warehousing performance (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 30331-2013 "Warehouse Performance Indicator System". Compared with GB/T 30331-2013, except for editorial changes In addition, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Changed the description of the main content and scope of application of the standard in the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2013 edition);

--- Changed the definition of "warehousing performance" (see 3.1, 3.1 of the:2013 edition);

--- Deleted the setting principle of the warehousing performance indicator system (see Chapter 4 of the:2013 edition);

--- Changed the classification dimension of the indicator system (see Chapter 4, 5.1, 5.2 of the:2013 edition);

--- Deleted the "per capita daily picking volume, per capita daily processing volume, per capita storage income, output value per unit warehouse area, mechanized operation rate, processing Packaging rate, distribution rate, warehousing revenue profit margin, enterprise return on assets, profit growth rate" indicators (see 5.1 of the:2013 edition, 5.2);

--- Changed the indicators of "warehouse area (volume, cargo space) utilization rate, inventory turnover times, energy consumption per unit warehouse area" (see 4.1, 4.2, 5.1, 5.2 of the:2013 edition);

---Added "Average Receiving Time, Receiving Efficiency, Receiving Timely Rate, Receiving Accuracy Rate, Handling Efficiency, Inventory Accuracy Rate (according to goods rate), inventory loss rate, sorting efficiency, sorting accuracy, sorting on-time rate, and on-time delivery rate" special indicators of warehousing operation performance (see 4.1);

--- Added "order fulfillment rate, equipment utilization rate, warehousing cost" comprehensive performance indicators of warehousing operations (see 4.2);

---Added "Average Receiving Time, Receiving Efficiency, Receiving Timely Rate, Receiving Accuracy Rate, Handling Efficiency, Inventory Accuracy Rate (according to goods rate), inventory loss rate, sorting efficiency, sorting accuracy, sorting on-time rate, on-time delivery rate, order fulfillment rate, equipment utilization rate, Storage cost" storage performance indicator calculation method (see 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.1.4, 5.1.5, 5.1.6, 5.1.7, 5.1.9, 5.1.10, 5.1.11, 5.1.12, 5.2.2, 5.2.4, 5.2.5);

--- Changed the calculation method of storage performance indicators of "inventory turnover rate, per capita order processing volume, energy consumption per unit warehouse area" (see 5.1.8, 5.2.1, 5.2.6, 6.7, 6.14, 6.11 of the:2013 edition);

--- Deleted the evaluation of warehousing performance indicators (see Chapter 7 of the:2013 edition).

This document presents the warehousing performance index system and index calculation method.

This document applies to the performance management of warehousing operations.
