3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18354 apply to this document.
3.1 E-commerce warehousing services
In order to meet the needs of e-commerce service objects, the process of warehouse goods storage and order delivery management activities and their results.
3.2 E-commerce third-party warehousing service provider
Independent from the supply and demand parties of e-commerce, the legal person unit that uses warehouse facilities and related technical equipment to provide warehousing services for e-commerce activities.
4 Basic conditions
4.1 Qualification
E-commerce third-party warehousing service providers shall have independent legal person qualifications and fixed business premises.
