1 Scope

GB/T 47413-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering how mature an organisation's facility management is - the levels from reactive maintenance to planned, condition-based and strategic asset management, and the evidence expected at each. First edition, 20,500 words, in force since 1 July 2026. It was issued on 31 March 2026 and has been in force since 1 July 2026, as a first edition. 3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 36688 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
