Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 37099-2018 "Composition and Accounting Method of Green Logistics Indicators". Compared with GB/T 37099-2018, except for... Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The definitions of "green logistics," "renewable energy," and "collaborative distribution" have been revised (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3;

3.3 in the.2018 version). 3.7);

b) The terms and definitions of "volume ratio," "degradable plastics," "reusable materials," and "reduced packaging" have been removed (see section

3.2 of the.2018 edition). 3.4, 3.5, 3.6);

c) Added definitions for "new energy transportation vehicles", "new energy loading and unloading vehicles", "clean and environmentally friendly transportation vehicles", and "green building materials" (see...). 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10);

d) The secondary indicator "Management" was changed to the primary indicator "Management Indicators" (see Table 1,.2018 version), and secondary indicators were added under it. The indicators "Organization and Planning" and "Systems and Frameworks," along with their corresponding indicator descriptions and calculation methods (see Tables 1, 5.1.1, and 5.1.2), have been deleted. The three-level indicators, namely "Logistics Management System", "Logistics Operation Plan", and "Logistics Information Level", along with their corresponding indicator descriptions and calculation methods, are explained below. (See Tables 1, 5.1.5.1, 5.1.5.2, and

5.1.5.3 in the.2018 edition);

e) Under the secondary indicator "Facilities", the tertiary indicators "Green building materials utilization rate" and "Renewable energy power generation and storage system" have been added. The description and calculation methods for the "Rainwater Harvesting and Recycling System" and its corresponding indicators are provided in Tables 1, 5.2.1.1, 5.2.1.3, and 5.2.1.4. The term "reservoir area green space ratio" has been changed to "green coverage ratio," and its indicator description and calculation method have been revised (see Table 1, 5.2.1.5,.2018). Table 1 and

5.1.1.4 of the.2018 edition have been removed; "Logistics Node Site Selection" and "Floor Area Ratio" and their corresponding indicator descriptions and calculation methods have been deleted (see.2018). (Tables 1, 5.1.1.1, and

5.1.1.2 from the.2018 edition)

f) Under the secondary indicator "Equipment", the tertiary indicator "Application Rate of Energy Metering Instruments" and its corresponding explanation and verification have been added. Calculation method (see Table 1, 5.2.2.5); change "proportion of clean energy loading and unloading equipment" to "proportion of new energy loading and unloading tools" and "field". The phrase "proportion of high-efficiency lighting fixtures" has been changed to "proportion of high-efficiency equipment" and "new energy vehicles or vehicles that meet the latest national environmental protection requirements (railway freight)". The percentage of vehicles/ships/cargo aircraft has been changed to the percentage of new energy vehicles and the percentage of clean and environmentally friendly vehicles. The corresponding indicator descriptions and calculation methods are shown in Tables 1, 5.2.2.3, 5.2.2.6, 5.2.2.1, and 5.2.2.2 (Table 1 in the.2018 edition). 5.1.2.1, 5.1.2.3, 5.1.2.4);

g) In the tertiary indicators under the secondary indicator "Energy", change "Energy consumption per unit volume of storage facilities" to "Energy consumption per unit volume of logistics nodes". The phrases "fuel consumption per 100 tons (cubic meters/vehicle) kilometers" and "fuel consumption per ton-kilometer of vehicle" have been changed to "energy consumption per ton-kilometer of vehicle," and the corresponding parameters have also been modified. The corresponding indicator descriptions and calculation methods are as follows (see Tables 1, 5.2.3.2, and 5.2.3.1; Tables 1, 5.1.3.1, and
