Scope
GB/T 21334-2017 is the English-translated version of 物流园区分类与规划基本要求.
GB/T 21334-2017 sets out how logistics parks are classified in China and the basic requirements for planning them. It applies to deciding what counts as a logistics park and to the planning and construction of one.
It takes from GB/T 18354 and GB/T 30334-2013 the terms it needs, among them logistics park, logistics public information platform, logistics service and logistics enterprise, and adds international logistics and logistics operation area.
Beside the freight service, production service, business service and integrated service parks it introduces a port service type, and it revises the principle on which the classification rests.
The planning clause covers the area of a single park and the share of that area given over to logistics operations. It replaces GB/T 21334-2008, was issued on 29 September 2017 and has applied since 1 April 2018.
