Scope
GB/T 37102-2018 is the English-translated version of 物流园区绩效指标体系.
GB/T 37102-2018 sets out a system of performance indicators for logistics parks and explains what each indicator means. It defines the terms logistics park, logistics park performance indicators, logistics facility and park operating entity, drawing on GB/T 18354-2006, GB/T 21334-2017 and GB/T 30337-2013.
The indicator system itself is given as a table in clause 4, and clause 5 describes the meaning of each indicator. It is intended for the performance management and evaluation of all kinds of logistics parks, and can also serve as a reference when evaluating demonstration logistics parks. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the logistics park performance indicator system and indicators.
This standard is applicable to the performance management and evaluation of various logistics parks, and can also be used as a reference argument for the evaluation of various types of demonstration logistics parks.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions are defined in GB/T 18354-2006, GB/T 21334-2017 and GB/T 30337-2013.

3.1 Logistics park
In order to achieve the integration of logistics facilities intensification and logistics operations, in accordance with the requirements of the rational layout of urban space, centralized construction and unified by the main Body management, a logistics industry cluster that provides logistics infrastructure and public services for many companies. 3.2 Logistics park performance indicators
A comprehensive measure of the results of logistics park construction results and operational management effectiveness.
3.3 Logistics facility
A place with logistics related functions and organizational logistics services. [GB/T 18354-2006, definition 3.10]
3.4 Park operating entity
A legal entity or a government-established institution responsible for the construction, management, and operation of a logistics park, such as the Logistics Park Management Committee. [GB/T 30337-2013, definition 3.2]
