a) Develop and implement plans for attracting and cultivating innovative talent;
b) Establish a talent cultivation mechanism in cooperation with universities, research institutions and other organizations.

d) List the number of invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents granted to the company;
e) List the number of national, industry, local, and group standards that the company participated in developing.

6.4.1 Quality Management System
6.4.1.1 Evaluation Content The evaluation content of a quality management system includes, but is not limited to.
a) It should be certified under GB/T 19001 or an equivalent quality management system;
b) The scope of the quality management system certification should cover the actual products manufactured;
c) The quality management system certification should be valid;
d) Should be able to provide a quality management system certification certificate and the most recent audit report;
e) Internal audits of the quality management system should be conducted continuously, and records of these audits should be maintained and effectively implemented.
f) Records of internal and external corrective actions should be maintained.
6.4.1.1 e) are met, or if the requirements of

6.4.2 Production Process Quality Management

b) Raw material inspection standards and raw material management regulations should be established, and there should be management and handling procedures for non-conforming raw materials after sampling inspection. means;
c) Production processes should be standardized, and operators should be proficient in the operating procedures;
d) Workers in each position should receive appropriate training and pass the assessment;

6.5.1 Marketing Team
6.5.1.1 Evaluation Content The marketing team's evaluation includes, but is not limited to.
a) A dedicated marketing team/network should be established, possessing basic e-commerce marketing capabilities and skills;
b) The marketing department should have a suitable organizational structure and management system.
6.5.3 Marketing Strategy
6.5.3.1 Evaluation Content The evaluation criteria for marketing strategies include, but are not limited to.
a) There should be specific and clearly defined phased e-commerce strategic goals as marketing objectives;
b) The target market should be further segmented based on the characteristics of the product.
6.5.3.2 Evaluation Details and Results If either requirement
6.5.3.1 is met, the evaluation result of

6.5.4 Marketing Strategy
6.5.4.1 Evaluation Content The evaluation of marketing strategies includes, but is not limited to.

b) A distributor management mechanism should be established, and an e-commerce sales channel management strategy should be formulated.
6.5.4.2 Evaluation Details and Results If either requirement

6.5.5 Foreign Trade Capabilities
6.5.5.1 Evaluation Content The evaluation of foreign trade capabilities includes, but is not limited to.
a) Supporting documents demonstrating the educational background and work experience of the foreign trade personnel should be provided;
b) Foreign trade personnel should possess a certain level of foreign language proficiency and foreign trade experience;
c) Foreign trade personnel should be familiar with the products and able to explain their characteristics to buyers;
d) Foreign trade personnel should be proficient in their job responsibilities and foreign trade processes;
e) A foreign trade service platform should be established or utilized.
6.6.1 After-sales service
6.6.1.1 Evaluation Content Customer service evaluations include, but are not limited to.
a) There should be a dedicated after-sales service team or personnel;
b) There should be an after-sales service management system and/or service standards;
c) Online customer service chatbots should be used to answer frequently asked questions;
d) It should be able to provide technical support in multiple forms, including telephone, email, online instant, or on-site service;
e) There should be an online return and exchange process;

a) Procedures for handling complaints and providing feedback should be provided to customers;
b) The complaint and feedback handling procedures should be evaluated regularly, and corrective and preventative measures should be in place;
c) There should be designated personnel responsible for handling complaints and feedback.

6.6.4 OEM/ODM/OBM Experience

a) Businesses should operate legally and have no illegal business activities;
b) There should be no history of commercial fraud or damage to the bank's reputation;
c) Has not been subject to any administrative penalties in the past 3 years;
d) Should not be listed in the record of serious violations of government procurement laws and regulations;
e) Should not be listed as a dishonest judgment debtor;
f) There should be no history of default or debt arrears;
g) There should be no intellectual property infringement disputes caused by the company.
6.7.1.2 Evaluation Details and Results If all requirements in 6.7.1.1 (a) to (e) are met, the evaluation result of

6.7.2 Honors

The evaluation content, evidence description, and corresponding results for the 8 primary indicators and 30 secondary indicators related to honor and sustainable development;
d) Gap Analysis. Explanation of any gaps identified between the manufacturer's evaluation process and the audit requirements, along with suggestions for improvement;
e) On-site photos and audit documents;
f) Evaluation conclusion. The final conclusion of the evaluation of a high-quality manufacturer is "pass" or "fail".
8.Extension Principles and Methods When using this document, the primary indicators, secondary indicators, and evaluation content can be adjusted according to the manufacturer's industry business characteristics and different evaluation needs. The scope of this evaluation should be expanded, but the expanded content (primary indicators, secondary indicators, and evaluation criteria) should not conflict with the existing content, and the evaluation rules should be adjusted accordingly. The final result should not conflict with existing evaluation rules. The extended method is as follows:
a) Add a primary indicator, and correspondingly add secondary indicators and evaluation content under the primary indicator;
