Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 15552-2007 "Silk Fabric Test Method and Inspection Rules".

This standard compared with GB/T 15552-2007, the main changes are as follows.

- increase the anti-drilling test method (see 3.18);

--- Remove bending rigidity test method (see version 3.8 of 2007);

--- According to the change of the reference standard, the corresponding length and width, drape, fiber content test method (see 3.1,3.2,3.8, 3.24, 2007 version 3.1, 3.2, 3.9, 3.24);

- Removal of abrasion resistance and tensile elasticity test methods and Appendix B, Appendix C (see Edition 3.26, 3.27, Appendix B, Appendix C).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the test methods and inspection rules for silk fabrics.

This standard applies to silk fabrics, recycled cellulose silk fabrics, synthetic fiber silk fabrics and woven silk fabrics.
