3 Processing Method
3.1
In a specific medium, the workpiece material is melted and vaporized by pulsed spark discharge between the workpiece and the tool electrode, thus removing the material.

Electrical discharge machining using shaped conductive materials as tool electrodes.
3.3
Electrical discharge machining (EDM) achieves workpiece forming by utilizing the corresponding generating motion between the tool electrode and the workpiece.

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) generates the machined surface by the envelope of the tool electrode moving along the CNC trajectory.
3.5
Hollow tubular conductive material is used as the tool electrode, and small-hole electrical discharge machining is performed by rotating the tool electrode and flushing with high-pressure internal fluid.

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is used to create micropores using micro-electrodes and low discharge energy.

Electrical discharge machining is performed by moving the workpiece and tool electrode in a manner similar to the relative motion between the grinding wheel and the workpiece in mechanical grinding.
