1 Foreword
JB/T 4105-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4105-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard setting the technical requirements for sinking electro-discharge machines. It covers the accessories and tools supplied with the machine, safety, machining and assembly quality, the machine running test and the inspection of machine accuracy, marking and the technical documentation supplied with the machine, packaging, and the manufacturer's warranty. It applies to general-purpose sinking EDM machines of conventional accuracy. The standard replaces JB/T 4105-1999, and among the standards it quotes are GB 2894, GB 5226.1, GB/T 9061-2006 and GB/T 23571-2009.
