GB/T 5291.2-2022 — With reference to ISO 230-1 and ISO 230-2, this document specifies the geometric accuracy inspection of general-purpose, conventional-precision electric discharge forming machine tools. Inspection, CNC axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy inspection and machining accuracy inspection. This document also specifies the standards corresponding to the above inspections. difference. This document applies to twin-column machine tools of the moving-spindle head type. This document only involves the verification of machine tool accuracy, and is not applicable to machine tool operation tests (vibration, abnormal noise, crawling of parts, etc.) or its Inspection of parameters (such as speed, feed rate, etc.), these inspections should usually be carried out before checking the accuracy. This document is the second part of GB/T 5291 "Accuracy Inspection of EDM Machine Tools". GB/T 5291 has issued the following parts.
--- Part 1.Single-column machine tools (cross table type and fixed table type);
--- Part 2.Double-column machine tools (moving spindle head type).
This document replaces GB/T 5291.2-2003 "Precision Inspection of Electric Discharge Forming Machine Part 2.Double Column Machine Tool (Moving Spindle Head)
Compared with GB/T 5291.2-2003, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Added requirements such as "machine tool leveling" and "software compensation" (see 5.3, 5.7);
---Changed the geometric accuracy tolerance value of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis and other linear motion axes (see 6.1, 5.1 of the.2003 edition);
--- Added the item "Check of straightness of spindle (Z axis) motion" (see G3 in 6.1);
--- In "Geometric Accuracy Inspection", change the inspection item name "Deflection" to "Angular Deviation" (see G7 in 6.1,.2003 edition
